Compact separation plants

the allrounders

With MAB compact separation plants, our customers operate with compact containerized separation plants equipped with a pre-screening stage, two cyclone stages connected in sequence, and a dewatering screening stage.

These plants have been developed for a wide range of different soils.

Our standardized and compact MAB separation plants are available in 6 different sizes with capacities ranging from 100 m³/h to 500 m³/h, combining different treatment processes in one solution. The container format allows easy and cost-effective transport as well as the option to easily adapt the plants to different conditions.

The MAB compact separation plants are designed in 20ft or 40ft container format and all come with a CSC certificate.

  • high mobility
  • low transport costs
  • low space requirement on construction sites
  • easy assembly and disassembly
  • good accessibility of individual parts during operation and maintenance

Long service life and minimum wear due to the use of high-quality wear protection materials High-quality materials such as Linatex® natural rubber minimize sill life and spare parts costs

  • two sequentially operating cyclone stages
  • optimal separation cut especially in soils with large fine fraction
  • capacity of the cyclone stages corresponds to the nominal capacity
  • different cyclone configurations available
  • use of cyclones with vacuum-controlled MAB underflow pockets allows optimization of the separation results during operation

Screening machine

  • double deck design
  • large screening surfaces support optimum dewatering of solids and thus the separation result for the finest soils

Comprehensive options

  • Several systems can be easily combined to provide larger
  • capacities if required Extensive accessories available
