Depending on the size of the machine and the flow rate, the acceleration of the mineral particles in MAB hydrocyclones is between 8 g and 600 g.
MAB high-performance hydrocyclones are used for fine grain to ultra-fine grain applications. Such tasks require extremely high acceleration for classification. The MAB high-performance hydrocyclones are cast from a high-quality polyurethane compound that has proven to be highly resistant to abrasion. We offer premium ceramic cyclones for applications that demand high resistance to wear.
The flow rates of the high-performance hydrocyclones are within the range of 0.5 to 120 m³/h. MAB hydrocyclones made of rubberized steel are ideal for sand; the capacity is 15 to 1000 m³/h. The LINATEX® natural rubber coating is highly resistant to wear, ensuring a long serviceable life.
The MAB Hydrosort® II and III classifiers are used to classify grain sizes within a range of 100 to 4000 µm. Equipment features:
